This guide is designed to get you up and running with Sessions before joining a delightful interactive session, whether you're the Host or a participant.
⏩ Quick check-in
👉 You don’t need an account to join as a participant
Only the session's Host needs an account. Participants can join a session without being registered, and all they need to do is type their names before joining the meeting.
👉 How many people can join a session or event?
The maximum number of participants a meeting can have depends on the pricing plan selected by the host/company.
👉 Privacy & security
The privacy and security of our users' data are one of the fundamental principles of Sessions. Any data that does not need to be on our servers is stored in the user's Browser Profile on their PC.
Data that is not stored on the user's PC (such as shared PowerPoint presentations) is stored securely in Google Cloud Storage, being accessible only via Sessions.us.
The data stored on the user side (such as Recordings and cookies) are temporary (that is, on the user's request or when certain conditions are met, such as insufficient disk space, they are deleted automatically).
